Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales centre to achieve short- and long-term sales and profit objectives.
- Develop business plans for the sales centre that support the overall Region and CEC plan.
- Provide leadership to the sales centre employees to ensure they accomplish their individual goals.
- Manage and coach employees through individual development, training, performance reviews, hiring, and orientation.
- Participate in the recruiting process to hire and train new Counter Sales Associates and Sales Centre Managers.
- Oversee and conduct regular audits, sales, and business reviews using business intelligence tools to identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
- Achieve plan performance by controlling expenses, working capital, and inventory levels.
- Optimize customer experience through E-Commerce.
- Develop sales centre marketing promotions and plans.
- Direct all aspects of sales centre admin, including bank deposits, communications, quality initiatives, and warranty and reporting requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a branch with proven business results.
- ~ 3 years of industrial experience, college degree in business or equivalent education and experience preferred.
- ~ Strong computer skills and well-organized.
