Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our glass services. This position is responsible for coordinating and scheduling daily operations, ensuring timely completion of customer appointments and installations, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Dispatching:
- Coordinate and schedule customer appointments and installations, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and timely execution of Emergency Services.
- Monitor daily jobs to ensure timely completion and adjust schedules as required to meet targets.
- Customer Service:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding scheduling, updates on orders, and service inquiries.
- Address and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner.
- Communication:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external customers.
- Update technicians on schedule changes, urgent calls, and other relevant information.
- Update customers on schedule changes.
- Ordering of Inventory Supplies:
- Ensure materials are ordered in a timely manner.
- Ensure all required materials, hardware, and details are available prior to installation.
- Record Keeping:
- Identify and address any scheduling concerns and other operational issues as they arise.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve scheduling efficiency and service delivery.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Promote a culture of safety and adherence to protocols among technicians.
Requirements:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or a related field is highly desirable (minimum 3-5 years of proven experience).
- Experience in the glass industry is beneficial.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using scheduling software and other relevant computer applications.
- Ability to respond to situations under pressure in a timely and calm manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Gmail.

Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $23.00 to $30.00, depending on your level of experience.
