Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Systems and Network Administrator for a permanent position that offers a hybrid work environment. The salary range is competitive and based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including:

  • Administering and overseeing a Windows-based system infrastructure.
  • Evaluating the performance of hardware and network systems.
  • Assisting teams in transitioning from on-premise solutions to cloud-based services.
  • Managing server facilities, including power supply, cooling systems, and security alarms.
  • Contributing to the management of virtualization and storage solutions.
  • Identifying and resolving both recurring and unique technical issues.
  • Maintaining network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Creating and updating technical documentation for internal use.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A university degree in computer science or a related field, or a postgraduate diploma with relevant experience.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in systems administration.
  • Proficiency with technologies such as Azure, Windows, VMware, and Veeam.
  • Experience in managing hybrid infrastructures that include both on-premise and cloud components.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, ITIL, IT security) are considered an asset.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
