Your Challenges

You are an experienced IT professional with over 3 years of infrastructure management experience looking to join a growing team in a multi-site environment?

In this role, you will efficiently resolve IT incidents, document actions, collaborate with internal teams, and participate in company initiatives. You will ensure the maintenance and resolution of user computers and network stability, guaranteeing effective IT and network operations. You will work closely with other IT personnel to plan and implement computer and network upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and resolve PC and network-related issues
  • Assist users in resolving software and hardware problems
  • Regularly maintain PCs, including firmware updates, patch management, and remote management via a management tool
  • Assist in installing and configuring network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers
  • Install and configure operating systems, network services, and applications on PCs
  • Ensure appropriate and up-to-date network security measures
  • Provide technical support to users, resolving connectivity, hardware, and software issues
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to users
  • Keep detailed records of user issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, network cards, and system modifications
  • Manage the telephone system and mobile phones
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of IT strategies and projects
  • Exposure to Azure and Office 365
What Sets You Apart
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field (Bachelor's degree in IT - an asset)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Practical experience in managing and installing PCs
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with network printers
  • VMware
  • Proactive approach with a focus on deadlines
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
