About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Labourer to join our team at It's About Thyme Inc. As a key member of our landscape maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, tying and securing plants, and performing various other tasks related to lawn care and garden maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and applying fertilizers.
  • Tie and secure plants, and perform weeding, pruning, and trimming tasks.
  • Cut grass, rake, and collect refuse, and remove litter and garbage.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other machinery.
  • Repair and maintain equipment, and perform other tasks as required.
Work Environment

As a Landscape Labourer, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to handle heavy loads, work at heights, and be exposed to wet/damp and noisy conditions.

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Steel-toed safety boots and gloves
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Dependability and reliability
  • Hardworking and physically demanding
Work Schedule

This is a seasonal position, working 40 to 50 hours per week. You will be required to work on the road and may be required to travel to various locations.
