About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Labourer to join our team at It's About Thyme Inc. As a key member of our landscape maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, tying and securing plants, and performing various other tasks related to lawn care and gardening.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees
  • Tie and secure plants, as well as weed, prune, and trim trees and plants
  • Cut grass, rake, and collect refuse, and remove litter and garbage
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials, and operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment
  • Repair and maintain equipment, and water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • Tree removal and other tasks as required
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physically demanding work, including handling heavy loads and bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Dependability, reliability, and a team player attitude
Work Environment

This is a seasonal, on-the-road job with a 40-50 hour workweek. You will be working outdoors in various locations, including landscape contractor sites, and will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots and gloves.
