About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Labourer to join our team at It's About Thyme Inc. As a key member of our landscaping crew, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to landscape construction, maintenance, and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including tying and securing plants, and laying sod or seed.
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a well-manicured appearance.
  • Cut grass and rake and collect refuse to keep our outdoor spaces clean and tidy.
  • Remove litter and garbage, and cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other tools.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure they receive the necessary care.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license for on-the-road jobs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work.
  • Dependability and reliability to meet deadlines and commitments.
  • Team player with a hardworking attitude.
Work Environment

As a Landscape Labourer, you will work outdoors in various locations, including residential and commercial properties. You will be exposed to different weather conditions, including heat, noise, and confined spaces.
