About the Role

Moser Landscape Group Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Equipment Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, including concrete vibrators, screeds, and grinding machines.
  • Site Maintenance: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Team Support: Assist with landscape constructions, plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and lay sod or seed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to learn and train on the job.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Equipment and Machinery: Familiarity with concrete vibrators, screeds, grinding machines, and other construction equipment.
  • Personal Qualities: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, and a hardworking attitude.
