Job Title: Senior People Business Partner

We are seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join our team, working closely with our Enterprise go-to-market teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on our company's success, spanning multiple countries, states, and roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Form strategic partnerships with client groups, providing tailored talent initiatives and advice to help achieve business priorities.
  • Drive manager effectiveness through direct partnership and coaching, enhancing their toolkits and competencies.
  • Facilitate organizational development, assessing needs and developing initiatives to improve team effectiveness and performance.
  • Manage employee relations cases, applying knowledge of best practices and employment law.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making, leveraging our people analytics platform to inform business decisions.
  • Lead talent projects and initiatives, rolling up sleeves to drive impact and ownership.
Requirements
  • Relevant post-secondary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including related positions such as HR Business Partner.
  • Experience working in tech or a similar industry, with an understanding of SaaS company business models and economics.
  • Proven track record of strategic partnership and/or consultation, with a transformative impact on business outcomes.
  • Excellent business acumen and a broad view of business beyond just HR.
  • Experience with analytics and data-driven decision-making practices, or a genuine curiosity to learn.
  • Strong functional knowledge of US employment law and the ability to research other jurisdictions and practices when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
What We Offer

The base pay range for this position in Vancouver is $100k - $125k / year + bonus. Compensation will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills.
