At Visier, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way organizations make decisions. As a Senior People Business Partner, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their goals through strategic talent initiatives and advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Form strategic partnerships with client groups to understand their key business priorities and provide tailored talent solutions.
  • Drive manager effectiveness by providing direct partnership and coaching to enhance their skills and competencies.
  • Facilitate organizational development by assessing needs and developing initiatives to improve team effectiveness and performance.
  • Manage employee relations cases from start to finish, applying your knowledge of best practices and employment law.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making by leveraging our industry-leading people analytics platform to inform business decisions.
  • Lead talent projects and initiatives, such as total rewards, performance, and career development programs.
Requirements:
  • Relevant post-secondary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including related positions such as HR Business Partner.
  • Experience working in tech or a similar industry, with a strong understanding of SaaS company business models and economics.
  • Proven track record of strategic partnership and consultation to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent business acumen and a broad view of business beyond just HR.
  • Strong functional knowledge of US employment law and the ability to research other jurisdictions and practices when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
