Product Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Manager to lead our design team and drive design vision and strategy for Spare. As a key member of our Product team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design team and ensuring our products deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a high-performing design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Develop and implement a design strategy that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring our products are visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design insights, identify opportunities, and enhance product development processes.
- Oversee user research practices, including site visits and user feedback collection, to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.
- Conduct design reviews to ensure high standards of quality and alignment with design guidelines.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in UI/UX design, technical knowledge, and leadership experience. You should have a proven track record of leading, mentoring, and growing design teams, as well as experience in hiring, developing talent, and driving team success.
Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and a growth mindset. Experience working closely with cross-functional partners and understanding modern web technologies is a plus.
