Product Design Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Product Design Manager to lead our design team and drive the creation of exceptional user experiences. As a key member of our product organization, you'll be responsible for guiding our design vision, strategy, and execution across multiple product areas.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of product designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure high-quality research and design work.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and research teams to develop product strategies and drive design decisions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency within the design team.
- Recruit, interview, and hire top talent for the design team.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong background in UX and design leadership.
- At least 2 years of experience managing direct reports.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Experience with design systems, user research, and experimentation.
