Product Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Design Manager to join our team at Spare. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design vision and strategy for our products, ensuring they are user-centered, visually appealing, and meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design team and drive design vision and strategy for Spare's products.
- Develop and implement design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and user needs.
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure products meet user needs.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Design Manager who has a strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and design systems. You should have a proven track record of leading design teams and driving design vision and strategy. You should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
