Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking aCustomer Service Specialist to enhance our operations at Green 4 Motor Company. With a legacy of over 25 years in the automotive sector, we aim to uphold our esteemed reputation as one of the top dealers in the nation, committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients and partners.
Our highly regarded Mazda dealerships are dedicated to providing an outstanding work environment, emphasizing continuous training and development for all team members. We are in search of remarkable candidates ready to embrace the challenges of a high-volume service operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize departmental performance in alignment with market potential through effective sales of services and parts.
- Ensure compliance with all manufacturer policies and procedures.
- Assist in planning, forecasting, and achieving targets by enhancing workshop utilization and efficiency.
- Oversee and develop the front-of-house service team.
- Exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
- Schedule customer vehicles for maintenance and repairs, coordinating with the workshop team to manage workload.
- Welcome customers upon arrival, providing a seamless service experience from vehicle drop-off to handover.
- Keep customers informed about their vehicle's progress, authorize additional work, and conduct follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with the Workshop, Parts, and Sales departments to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
- Support line managers as needed.
Candidate Profile
· Previous experience in a Service Department as a Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor, or Workshop Controller is preferred.
· Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
· High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
· Ability to work independently or collaboratively, engaging with dealership colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery.
· Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
· Availability to work between8:30 AM - 5:30 PM on a rotating schedule, including alternate Saturday mornings.
