We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Harnois Energies. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Hire and Train: Recruit, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of our gas station.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
