Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Harnois Energies. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Hire and Train: Recruit, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of our gas station, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of merchandise, ensuring that our gas station is well-stocked and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 44 hours per week.
