Position Overview

As a Gas Station Supervisor at Harnois Energies, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail fuel establishment. Your leadership will ensure a seamless experience for both customers and staff.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role is preferred.
Work Environment

This position is set within a dynamic retail service environment, where you will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor staff, including apprentices and team members.
  • Conduct hiring and training processes or coordinate training sessions for new employees.
  • Manage inventory by ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Establish and maintain effective work schedules for team members.
  • Engage in sales activities and promote merchandise effectively.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges.
  • Organize and maintain stock levels to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and oversee the activities of team members to optimize workflow.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
