About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Economy Inn. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, pick up debris and empty trash containers, and clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and perform repetitive tasks. Physically demanding tasks include bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and team player qualities.
