Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Specialist to join our team at WMC Contracting Inc. as a Concrete Patcher-Finisher. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages to complete concrete finishing tasks.
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Estimate costs and materials for concrete finishing projects.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional results and meet project deadlines.
Work Environment

As a Concrete Patcher-Finisher, you will work in a fast-paced commercial and residential construction environment. You will be exposed to various weather conditions, including dust, cold, and heat.

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in concrete finishing.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in concrete finishing.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
