Position Overview

The role of the Office Administrator at Sunder Building Supplies involves a variety of essential administrative functions that support the overall efficiency of the organization.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and enhance new administrative processes to improve workflow.
  • Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines.
  • Execute administrative tasks to maintain smooth operations within the establishment.
  • Manage policies and procedures concerning the release of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy regulations.
  • Assist in formulating the operational budget while maintaining inventory and financial controls.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff members.
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative functions effectively.
