The role of the Office Administrator at Sunder Building Supplies involves a variety of essential administrative functions that support the overall efficiency of the organization.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Assess and enhance new administrative processes to improve workflow.
- Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines.
- Execute administrative tasks to maintain smooth operations within the establishment.
- Manage policies and procedures concerning the release of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy regulations.
- Assist in formulating the operational budget while maintaining inventory and financial controls.
- Provide training and guidance to staff members.
- Supervise and coordinate office administrative functions effectively.
- Must possess the ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail is crucial for success in this role.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Effective time management skills are essential.
- Previous experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months is preferred.
- This is a permanent position.
- Work language is English.
