About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at PS Immigration Consultancy Inc. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including planning and organizing daily operations, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, and determining and establishing office procedures and routines.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, answer electronic enquiries, and provide customer service to clients.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Google Drive.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment with minimal supervision.
