About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Professional to join our sales team with the Van Houtte Coffee Services division. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for a portfolio of customers in a given territory in Coquitlam, BC. Your primary objective will be to exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Representative to ensure seamless handovers of new accounts.
- Present business proposals outlining the benefits and added value of our company.
- Closing sales, signing commercial agreements, and providing after-sales service.
- Ensure proper execution of transactions and achieve territory sales objectives.
- Present a monthly review of the territory with concrete actions to grow it.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, innovations, and competitor activity.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and quality market releases.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to drive business growth.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated sales experience in a service environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on several projects, with good time and priority management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Bilingualism (French and English), oral and written.
