Overview

The Sales Development Representative plays a crucial role in driving the growth of sustainable product sales in the local market by actively engaging with customers and stakeholders. This position requires a dynamic and results-driven individual who can optimize customer relationships using the Salesforce CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all relevant safety policies and procedures while carrying out work activities.
  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our eco-friendly offerings.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects through effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate from university/college with business management degree/diploma with one to three years of industry experience.
  • Interest in a long-term career in sales, business, and construction.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its applications in optimizing sales process an advantage.

Dimensions:

This role collaborates closely with various stakeholders, including fellow commercial team members, operations, quality assurance, customer care, and logistics, environmental, finance, and Salesforce business group. The Sales Development Representative reports directly to the Commercial Manager of GVA Aggregates.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per annum
