Senior Human Resources Consultant

As a Senior Human Resources Consultant, you'll play a key role in providing expert guidance and coaching to our business partners, ensuring that our HR practices are aligned with market best practices and corporate values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR advice to business partners, considering market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies, analyses, and challenges, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Participate in national or regional projects, leading initiatives and deploying corporate programs.
  • Respond to complex HR queries, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Lead training workshops, round tables, and information sessions for managers and employees.
  • Collaborate with leaders on succession planning, talent identification, and development.
  • Contribute to HR process improvement, analyzing needs and defining positions and workforce planning.
Requirements:
  • Bilingualism in French and English, with a university degree in Human Resources Management.
  • At least five years of experience as a generalist in human resources in a non-unionized environment.
  • Ability to operate in a multi-site, matrix organization and in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Solid organizational development skills, with strong planning and project management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite and all areas of human resources, including talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
