About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Consultant to join our team in Ottawa. As a key member of our Human Resources & Transformation business unit, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in leading their transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organizational Design and Classification: Develop operational models, organizational assessments, and classification strategies to drive business growth.
  • HR Management and Performance: Design and implement HR functions, performance metrics, and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance organizational culture.
  • Human Resources Development: Recruit, train, and develop employees to meet business needs, and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement.
  • Digital HR: Leverage technology to optimize HR processes, automate tasks, and improve employee experience.
  • Future of Work: Collaborate with stakeholders to design flexible work arrangements, develop skills/knowledge/jobs of the future, and optimize internal talent.
  • Project Management: Plan, implement, and track projects to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality measures.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, HR, Organizational Development, Project Management, Communication, or Psychology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in consulting or projects with the Human Resources Department.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Project is an asset.
