Senior Human Resources Consultant

As a Senior Human Resources Consultant, you'll play a key role in providing expert guidance and coaching to our business partners, ensuring that our HR practices are aligned with market best practices and corporate values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR advice and coaching to business partners, leveraging your expertise in talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, processes, and initiatives that drive business results and support our company's transformation.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify and develop talent, and to drive succession planning and workforce planning.
  • Lead training workshops, information sessions, and round tables to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees and managers.
  • Conduct needs analysis and assist managers in defining and classifying positions, and in workforce planning.
Requirements:
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required due to the necessity to interact regularly with English-speaking colleagues nationwide.
  • University degree in Human Resources Management with at least five years of experience as a generalist in human resources in a non-unionized environment.
  • Ability to operate in a multi-site, matrix organization and in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Solid organizational development skills in a transformation context.
  • Strong planning and project management skills, rigor, analytical, and synthesis skills.
  • Knowledge in all areas of human resources including talent management, performance management, employee relations, change management, engagement, compensation, organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
