The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Digital and/or Integrated projects, including online marketing campaigns, site, email, and digital display initiatives. They will serve as the primary point of contact for the client's brands, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
The Account Director will be responsible for managing key accounts for an iconic Canadian Brand and overseeing the successful execution of their marketing and advertising projects. They will develop a thorough understanding of brand marketing objectives, target audience, and brand identity to effectively guide and execute advertising campaigns.
The Account Director will collaborate with clients to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables, and translate them into actionable project plans. They will lead cross-functional project teams, including strategy, creative, design, copywriting, and production teams, to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion.
The Account Director will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. They will proactively identify and address project risks, providing timely solutions to ensure project success.
The Account Director will regularly communicate project status, progress, and key insights to clients, ensuring transparency and managing expectations effectively. They will conduct thorough post-project analysis, evaluate project performance, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or a similar role within advertising or marketing industries.
