Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Management Manager to join our team. As a Program Management Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing programs from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage programs from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement program plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and logistics, to ensure that programs are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, including cost, schedule, and technical risks.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address program issues and ensure that programs are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
- Provide regular program status updates to stakeholders, including customers, management, and other interested parties.
- 10+ years of experience in program management, with a strong background in leading and managing programs from initiation to completion.
- Proven track record of delivering programs on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate program risks.
