Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Program Management team, you will be responsible for delivering an exciting In-Service Support program in a stimulating, dynamic environment conducive to continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of projects from inception to completion, driving execution to achieve key business and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Oversee the cost, schedule, and technical performance of projects, including the negotiation of contracts and contract changes.
  • Act as a key customer contact for projects' activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Provide oversight to Project Management Specialists and other Program team members for the planning and execution of projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering required.
  • Hold Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation from the Project Management Institute (PMI) required or hold a Master's Degree in Project Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with experience in the aerospace industry and Canadian Defence Industry being considered assets.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to communicate project-related and technical details clearly and concisely.
