Store Experience and Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Experience and Services Manager to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing Beauty Advisors to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Facilitate regular training sessions to ensure Beauty Advisors are up-to-date on the latest products, trends, and company initiatives.
- Client Experience
- Ensure timely and effective response to all client feedback and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Act as the Client Experience Lead (CEL) within the store, working closely with Beauty Advisors and other team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Talent Management
- Recruit, select, and develop high-performing Beauty Advisors, providing coaching and feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
- Manage the interviewing and hiring process for all direct reports, ensuring a strong and diverse team.
- Store Operations
- Understand and communicate store goals, opportunities, and trends to Beauty Advisors, ensuring they are aligned with company initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Employee Engagement
- Model and promote Sephora's values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Work-Life Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Exceptional leadership and influential skills, with a proven ability to lead and build high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to create and implement effective training programs, with a focus on developing Beauty Advisors' skills and knowledge.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
