Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that the store meets its sales and profit goals. You will also be responsible for recruiting, managing, and developing top talent, as well as implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals
- Recruit, manage, and develop top talent
- Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean and inviting store environment
- Ensure that the store meets its sales and profit goals
- Communicate effectively with the District Manager and other store leaders
Requirements
- At least 3 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience in a customer experience-based store environment
- Proven ability to lead teams to success through strong sales performance
- High School graduate or GED equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and create an amazing customer experience
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $55,000 - $60,000 (salary may be greater based on relevant experience)
