About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Experience and Services Manager to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development
    • Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing Beauty Advisors to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
    • Facilitate regular training sessions to ensure Beauty Advisors are up-to-date on the latest products, trends, and company initiatives.
  • Client Experience
    • Ensure timely and effective response to all client feedback and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
    • Act as the Client Experience Lead (CEL) within the store, working closely with Beauty Advisors and other team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Talent Management
    • Recruit, select, and develop high-performing Beauty Advisors and other store team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
    • Manage the interviewing and hiring process for all direct reports, ensuring a fair and inclusive process.
  • Store Operations
    • Understand and communicate store goals, opportunities, and trends to Beauty Advisors and other team members, ensuring they are aligned with company initiatives.
    • Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Model and promote Sephora's values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Work-Life Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative.
    • Develop and implement strategies to engage and motivate Beauty Advisors and other team members, ensuring they feel valued and supported in their roles.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Exceptional leadership and influential skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proven ability to lead and build high-performing teams, with a track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
