Store Experience and Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Experience and Services Manager to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing Beauty Advisors, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide outstanding customer service and drive sales.
- Client Experience: Lead the Client Experience Lead (CEL) initiative, ensuring timely responses to client feedback and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Talent Champion: Partner with Talent & Business Operations leaders to identify and hire top talent, manage the interviewing and hiring process for direct reports, and support store hiring needs as needed.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Stay up-to-date on store goals, opportunities, and trends, and ensure Beauty Advisors are aligned with these initiatives.
- Employee Engagement: Demonstrate Sephora's values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Work-Life Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Exceptional leadership and influential skills.
- Proven ability to lead and build top-performing teams.
- Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
