Job Summary

Vention Inc is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies.
  • Organizational Development: Partner with leaders to design and implement organizational structures that promote agility, scalability, and innovation.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • HR Programs and Initiatives: Implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic priorities.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
