Vancity is seeking a highly skilled Member Experience Representative to join our team. As a Member Experience Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process member transactions, including account openings, loan applications, and other financial services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve complex issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on Vancity's products and services, ensuring members are aware of available options.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or diploma preferred.
- Experience in a financial services or customer-facing role is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
