Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement annual sales and operating budgets for the district, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying market trends and opportunities for growth.
- Leadership and Management: Provide effective leadership and direction to immediate subordinates, ensuring the development of skills and knowledge necessary to achieve district goals.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure the efficient operation of the district, coordinating resources and initiatives to achieve corporate objectives.
- Quality and Safety: Meet corporate expectations for quality, health and safety, and asset control initiatives.
- Supplier Management: Develop and implement supplier plans to optimize regional growth and minimize risk.
- Education and Experience: University/College degree plus a minimum of ten (10) years related experience in the industry, including at least five (5) years in a senior management capacity.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen to analyze financial reports and develop implementation strategies to meet/exceed operational/fiscal plans and targets.
- Leadership and Communication: Ability to build strategic partnerships, identify potential sales opportunities, and lead, mentor, and coach staff.
