Regional Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee a region of 5 - 8 locations, ensuring smooth operations and achieving business goals.
  2. Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to store teams to ensure efficient workflow.
  3. Review store environments and key business indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and provide coaching to the team to act and achieve operational goals.
  4. Implement plans to support the execution of regional and company initiatives to achieve operational excellence and business results.
  5. Follow up consistently to ensure accountability to plans and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  1. 5-7 years of experience in sales/operations management and training in retail sales and customer service.
  2. Strong English verbal and written communication skills in person and on the phone.
  3. Ability to use positive language while building relationships with new clients.
  4. Proficient computer skills (MS Office, keyboarding and internet savvy).
  5. Strong coaching and motivating skills, with the ability to lead in a team environment.
  6. Proven outstanding sales and customer service skills, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to remain composed during stressful situations and have an inherent desire to succeed.
  8. A valid driver's license and daily access to a reliable vehicle, with the need to travel between locations.
