Job Title: District Manager

Rexel Atlantic is a leading electrical distribution company with a strong presence in the Atlantic region. We are seeking an experienced District Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales and marketing professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales and marketing objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • University/College degree in a related field, plus a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, including at least 5 years in a senior management role
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial reports and develop effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
