Job Title: Field Installation Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for installation subcontractors, focusing on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular field evaluations to assess subcontractor performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Installation Managers to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our training programs remain relevant and effective.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, Installation Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless training and implementation.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in home construction, remodeling, or installation, with a proven track record of training and developing subcontractors.
  • Strong understanding of Leaf Home's products and services, as well as industry standards and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
