We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at R&G MacDonald Enterprises Limited. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Food Quality and Safety
- Ensure that all food meets quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation and presentation.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Operations and Administration
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
