About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Johnny Greeko's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain accurate records of stock levels to minimize waste and optimize ordering.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to help them develop their skills.
  • Operations Planning: Establish methods to meet work schedules, and maintain accurate records of sales, repairs, and wastage.

  • Accessibility: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.

  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
