Job Summary:

GardaWorld Cash is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Armed Cash Transport Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cash services team, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of our clients' valuables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport cash and valuables safely and efficiently to our clients
  • Ensure a secure environment for colleagues and customers
  • Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery
  • Operate an armored vehicle and maintain a safe driving record
  • Load and unload the armored vehicle, handling cash and valuables with care
  • Complete daily reports and paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Adhere to company procedures and regulations at all times
  • Carry a firearm during the performance of duties

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid Federal Firearms License (PAL) and a non-restricted license
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a maximum of 6 demerit points
  • Be able to lift loads up to 50 pounds
  • Available to work days with some weekends, with no minimum guaranteed hours
  • Hold a British Columbia Security License or be willing to obtain one if hired
  • Exhibit reliability, conscientiousness, and a commitment to safe job performance
  • Provide excellent customer service and manage stressful situations effectively
  • Be highly organized and comfortable working with minimal supervision
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment and able to cope with pressure and tight timelines
