We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at ALSAFA & ALMARWA MEAT PROCESSING INC. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats to meet customer demands.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
- Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to order
- Prepare special cuts of meat for customers
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Remove bones from meat
- Weigh meats for sale
- Cut poultry into parts
- Price meat products
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
- Grind meats
- Train meat cutters
- Slice cooked meats
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Standing for extended periods
- Physically demanding
- Hand-eye coordination
- Permanent employment
- 30 hours per week
- English language
