Key Responsibilities:- Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Remove bones from meat
- Weigh meats for sale
- Cut poultry into parts
- Price meat products
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
- Sell meats to customers
- Grind meats
- Make special sausages
- Slice cooked meats
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 35 hours per week
Our butcher shop is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a variety of meats and equipment. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
Language:This position requires fluency in English.
