Job Title: Hospital Director of Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as a Hospital Director of Operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our veterinary hospital, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of hospital staff, including veterinarians, technicians, and support personnel
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and patient care
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and medical services
  • Manage hospital finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to grow the hospital's reputation and revenue
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive operational management experience in a veterinary hospital or healthcare setting
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth
  • Strong financial management and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
