Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the global human resources operations, focusing on the formulation, execution, and governance of HR strategies, processes, and tools that ensure uniform HR services across our international team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future direction of CAE's HR operations worldwide.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a strategic roadmap for the HR Business Operations function that aligns with the overarching organizational objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to identify and address business requirements.
- Provide strategic leadership in the delivery and administration of HR services.
- Establish clear priorities, frameworks, and governance structures for effective service delivery.
- Ensure excellence and efficiency in HR operational processes.
- Engage with stakeholders to enhance service delivery mechanisms.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives across people, processes, and tools.
- Oversee vendor management strategies and relationships to enhance employee experience.
- Guarantee compliance of HR Operations policies and procedures with legal standards.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with over 10 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven ability to partner with and influence senior leadership.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong emphasis on data-informed decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Capacity to navigate complex challenges with creativity and decisiveness.
