We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Cleaner to join our team at MC Services aux immeubles Inc.
Job SummaryThe Head Cleaner will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are clean and safe for our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is French.
