As an Associate within the Wealth Management division at NBC, you will have the chance to demonstrate your capability to collaborate effectively with both clients and team members. In this position, you will assist investment advisors in distinguishing themselves by delivering outstanding customer service that fosters a positive, lasting influence on our clientele.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate efficient communication among all stakeholders (clients, advisors, and various team members)
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence
  • Evaluate client accounts to prepare for initiatives that support investment advisors in their business growth
  • Carefully execute transactions related to investment accounts
  • Establish and maintain client files
  • Organize advisors' schedules, arrange appointments, and prepare for client meetings
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management standards

Your Team:

NBC Financial – Wealth Management ranks as one of the leading mutual funds brokerage firms in Canada. With nearly 1,000 investment advisors managing the assets of over 400,000 clients across approximately 100 branches, you will collaborate with an investment advisor to provide an exceptional client experience. Qualifications:

  • College diploma in a relevant field
  • A minimum of one year of pertinent experience in areas such as banking operations, customer service, or administration
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
