Hotel Sales and Catering Manager

Great Canadian Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales and Catering Manager to join our team at Pickering Casino Resort and Great Blue Heron Casino and Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales operation and provide direction and mentoring to the sales team.
  • Develop and execute annual hotel sales targets and strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and guests to increase market share and drive sales.
  • Forecast and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of sales and catering systems and software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
