Zehrs in Woodstock, Ontario located at 969 Dundas St est à la recherche d'un représentant de la protection des actifs, anciennement prévention des pertes. En travaillant dans un environnement dynamique, vous collaborerez avec notre équipe de direction du magasin pour s'assurer que la perte de produits est minimisée et que la conscience de la protection des actifs est présente dans l'esprit de tout le monde. Votre expertise en matière de sécurité et d'investigation contribue à notre résultat, atténue les pertes et augmente la rentabilité.

En tant que représentant de la protection des actifs, vous serez chargé de :

  • Détourner, détecter et appréhender pour vol et fraude dans nos locaux de vente
  • Collaborer avec d'autres APR pour enquêter sur les cas ORC provinciaux ou nationaux lorsqu'ils se produisent
  • Collaborer régulièrement avec le service de police local
  • Détecter et enquêter sur les investigations internes ; compiler et présenter des preuves à des fins de justice ou d'arbitrage
  • Détecter et identifier les opportunités de perte potentielles au sein de notre noyau de conformité opérationnelle
  • Construire et maintenir un partenariat de magasin en travaillant avec la direction du magasin ; former et guider les collègues en matière de politiques et de procédures de protection des actifs
  • Participer à des audits de niveau de magasin
  • Participer à des événements communautaires
  • Disponible pour travailler à divers horaires, y compris jours, soirées, nuits et week-ends (40 heures de travail par semaine)
  • Compétences, qualifications et expérience requises :
  • Une licence de garde de sécurité provinciale valide est requise
  • Une compréhension de base du Code criminel du Canada, de la Loi sur les troubles à autrui et des pouvoirs d'arrestation et des systèmes de surveillance CCTV et/ou
  • Un bon niveau de professionnalisme, d'amabilité et d'approche
  • Un haut degré d'initiative et d'intégrité est requis pour réussir dans un environnement dynamique
